Enquiry data is kept for the time needed to handle your request and for a reasonable archival period related to commercial follow-up and legal requirements, then deleted or anonymised.
Optional identity and travel documents (driver licence, passport/ID, flight ticket) may be uploaded after payment of the reservation guarantee. Files are stored encrypted on our infrastructure, served only over HTTPS/SSL, and are available to authorised staff only after an additional document-vault password. After an authorised download for contract preparation, the encrypted file is purged and is not retained on the server.
Creating a reservation with your email opens a customer account so you can view the booking and upload optional documents. Email verification may be offered later for additional features.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures including HTTPS/SSL transport encryption, access control, encrypted document vaults, and anti-spam. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
